    Upon completion, we will send the proto sample to you and provide a quotation. If there is any comment, or if there are any adjustment needs to be made, we can continue to work together until we are ready for order placement.

    Yes, definitely. We mainly manufacture according to our customers’ specific instructions and designs. You can basically define everything including bag shape, size, color, materials, features and logo etc., and we can produce your backpack based on your fully customized requirements.

    The Confidential Information will not be disclosed, reproduced, or disseminated in any way. We can sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement with you and our sub-contractors.

    A.Sure. We can send a sample for you to inspect. In fact, we always suggest making a sample for approval before moving forward with mass production.

    Normally the customized sample cost will be $45 ~ $150 for complexity of different bag design. Customers will also bear the shipping cost for sending the samples. Sample cost will be returned in the following order.

    As our production lines are designed for mass production, to achieve production efficiency and to be cost effective, we have set a MOQ, which is 500pcs or 1,000pcs for different style.
    Small quantity is also welcome, but cost is much higher due to the average fee is also higher.

    1) Less than USD10,000
    50% deposit before production, 50% balance before shipment.
    2) USD10,000 or more
    30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment.

    Customized sample 20~30 days. Mass production time is 30~45 days based on the order confirmation and receipt of deposit. However, the time may vary according to the order quantity.
